1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service contain the conditions for using the passenger transport service operated by GJ Transport (registered seat: 7632 Pécs, Krisztina tér 14., Hungary). Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory precondition for submitting a booking.
2. Subject of the Service
The Service Provider provides road passenger transport between Pécs and Budapest (Liszt Ferenc Airport), and, on request, between custom international destinations. The service is available as a shared (pooled) transfer or a private transfer.
3. Orders and Contract
- Orders are placed by completing and submitting the form on the website (www.gjtransport.hu).
- Submitting an order requires verifying the user’s phone number with a free 4-digit SMS code, which serves data security and prevents abuse.
- The contract is concluded when the Service Provider officially confirms the order by email („Confirmed” status).
- Important: An automatic acknowledgement with „Pending” (under organization) status does not constitute a reservation; it only means the request has been registered in the system.
4. Fees and Payment
- Service fees are the prices shown on the website or in the offer. Base price for the Pécs–Budapest airport transfer: HUF 17,000 per person.
- For multiple passengers travelling together, tiered discounts may apply according to the current announcement and the system’s automatic calculation.
- Payment method: Cashless. After a confirmed booking, we send a payment link (payment request).
- Payment deadline: The payment link expires 2 hours after being sent. If the fee is not settled within this period, the Service Provider may automatically cancel the booking and release the reserved seats to other passengers.
5. Cancellation Terms (by the Passenger)
The Passenger may cancel the ordered service under the following conditions:
- More than 24 hours before departure: Cancellation is free. Any fee already paid is refunded in full.
- Within 24 hours before departure: Cancellation is subject to a fee. The fare already paid is non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
6. Capacity Management and Cancellation (by the Service Provider)
- The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the service without compensation in case of insufficient capacity (e.g. not reaching the minimum passenger count, or full fleet occupancy).
- We guarantee that in the event of a cancellation, the Passenger will be notified by clear email and SMS at least 48 hours before the start of the journey.
7. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the schedule and the planned route, but assumes no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (Force Majeure). Such causes include in particular, but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, road closures due to accidents, or unexpected border waiting times.
