Where do you pick me up at Budapest Airport?
BUD Terminal 2 arrivals hall — your driver waits with a sign carrying your name, just past customs. We monitor your flight number, so we know when to be there even if you're delayed.
Is this a shared airport shuttle or a private minibus?
A private minibus. Only your group travels in it: it leaves when you land, not on a timetable, and drives non-stop to your address. Shared airport shuttles sell individual seats and combine several hotel stops; with us the price is for the whole 8-seater — a flat €55 inside Budapest, whether 1 or 8 of you travel.
Can we pay in euros or Hungarian forints?
In euros. The booking form also shows the Hungarian forint (HUF) equivalent for reference, but the price is locked and charged in EUR. Payment is fully online: your confirmation email includes a secure Stripe payment link — all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount. Once paid, your vehicle is guaranteed for your date.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight by its number from the moment you book. If it's late, your driver waits — no extra charge for the first hour past your originally scheduled landing time.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Earlier is better, but at least 24 hours before your pickup. Need a transfer sooner? Call our dispatcher at +36 30 276 2818 and we'll do our best to help.
Is there room for 8 people plus luggage?
Yes — our minibus seats up to 8. There is room for the whole group's luggage (large suitcases plus cabin bags); for a full eight with oversized gear, bicycles, or surfboards, mention it when you book and we'll confirm the fit.
Can we stop along the way?
A short stop (restroom, coffee, photo) is fine and free. Longer detours (a meal, a sightseeing stop) — let us know in advance and we'll quote the extra time.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request — both booster seats and full child seats available, free of charge. Tell us the children's ages when you book.
What if some of my group cancels last-minute?
The price is for the vehicle, not per person — so whether 2 or 8 travel, the price is identical. If your whole group cancels: free up to 24 hours before pickup; within 24 hours, 100% of the fare is charged.
Do you only do airport transfers, or can you take us anywhere in Hungary?
Anywhere in Hungary — straight from BUD arrivals to Lake Balaton, Eger, Pécs, Tokaj or any address you give us. Inside Budapest the price is a flat €55; for everywhere else the form shows your exact price instantly.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes — every ride is with an English-speaking driver. You can reach us before and during the trip on WhatsApp in English too, so nothing gets lost in translation.
How long is the drive from Budapest Airport to Lake Balaton?
Around 1.5 hours door-to-door on the M7 motorway to the closer shore (Siófok or Balatonfüred), and up to 2 hours for the far end of the lake. Your driver picks you up at arrivals and drops you at your exact address.
